Le restaurant a ouvert il y a 15 ans à l'initiative d'Alain Pramil. Ancien professeur de Physique, Alain Pramil est passionné de cuisine et décide d'ouvrir son propre restaurant et d'en être le Chef cuisinier.
Alain Pramil travaille uniquement avec des produits frais, il prépare ses plats selon son inspiration et selon les saisons.
